Ruth believes in mental and physical wellbeing as strongly interconnected components in massage therapy treatments. As a registered massage therapist, she assesses, treats & manipulats soft tissues & joints to prevent dysfunction and pain.

Ruth provides Swedish, Sports, & Pregnancy massages. She has been a registered massage therapist since 2022 in good standing with the CMTO & a graduate of Mohawk College's Massage Therapy program of 2021.
